Mentoring & impact

50+ Mentees coached “lift while you climb”

Over the past decade I've mentored 50+ early-career technologists — especially first-generation graduates and international professionals — through résumé clinics, mock interviews, and salary-negotiation coaching. Many have landed TPM, data-engineering, and customer-success roles at FAANG and Big-Four firms. Here's what a few of them have to say.

Nagesh was exceptional in providing career guidance, especially during these tough market conditions. He took time to understand my story and helped extract the necessary highlights for my profile.

He was very thorough in his resume review, pointing out areas that could be improved to attract recruiters' attention immediately.

Neela Sridhar
Program Manager · Google

Nagesh gave unparalleled time commitment and effort to ensure I had the best chance of cracking a FAANG interview.

The learnings from this process not only helped in my job hunt but helped me become a better TPM in my career overall.

"just grab it"

A growing library of Claude skills I've built for real workflows — from academic publication to inbox hygiene. Each is a packaged, trigger-based skill that turns Claude into a reliable co-pilot for a specific job.

New to skills? Here's how to install one — it takes 30 seconds. ▾ show me
1
Download the skill
See the little dark button in the corner of any skill card below? Click it.
A tiny file (ending in .skill) saves to your Downloads folder. That's it — don't open it, just know where it is.
2
Upload it to Claude
Pick whichever way you use Claude:
  • Open the Claude desktop app on your computer
  • Switch to Cowork mode (bottom-left of the sidebar)
  • Start a new chat and drag the .skill file right into the chat window
  • Claude will show a preview — click the "Save skill" button that appears
Drag → Chat window → Save skill ✓
  • Go to claude.ai in your browser and log in
  • Click Customize (gear icon, bottom-left of sidebar)
  • Click Skills in the menu that opens
  • Click the "+" button, then "Upload skill"
  • Select the .skill file from your Downloads folder
Customize → Skills → + → Upload skill ✓
3
Start using it
Open a new chat with Claude and do one of two things:

Option A: Just talk naturally. Say something like the trigger phrase shown on each card — for example, "find journals for my paper" or "organize my files". Claude will recognize the skill and activate it automatically.

Option B: Type / in the chat. You'll see a list of your installed skills pop up. Pick the one you want and Claude takes it from there.
